"i-PLAY TRUE Relay" Request Form
Welcome to Tokyo2020 Legacy Project!!
"i-PLAY TRUE Relay" is the Tokyo2020 legacy project led by JADA. The objective is to collect the "TRUTH messages" of sport - what
"values of sport" you cherish, what values you like to transmit in the future etc. - and also the "Filter Pose" photos from all over the world. It is planned to transform them into ART form to visualize and share during the Tokyo2020 Games and beyond.
For anyone who can join us and collect TRUTH messages and photos within your available opportunities, please send us the request form. JADA Sport for Tomorrow group will contact you with the legacy poster data and further information. Thank you for being part of creating legacy!

*Please make sure to check the following notifications in advance.
- Please submit the date by each event for joining "i-PLAY TRUE Relay".
- Desirably, please send a request no later than 1 month before the actual date to use.
- Please be informed that any costs incurred to printing the legacy poster and shipping fees (for sending back the posters) will be covered by the applied organization/person.
- For individual participation, please join any time via Social Media with hashtag #iplaytrue and #playtrue2020. This request form is not necessary.
